# CVE-2026-114625: Security Advisory 0199

**Signal:** Critical, preconditions apply. Severe if exploited, but exploitation needs conditions that may not apply to you. (Computed from CISA KEV, EPSS and CVSS; not an editorial verdict.)

## Should you act?

- No confirmed exploitation. It is not in CISA’s KEV catalog and CISA’s SSVC assessment records no known exploitation. That can change quickly after a public write-up; re-check if you are affected.
- EPSS 0.6% , percentile 46: FIRST’s model estimates a 0.6% chance of exploitation activity in the next 30 days, higher than 46% of all scored CVEs (low). EPSS is a probability, not a verdict.
- Needs an account (low (any account)). Exposure depends on who can log in.
- Editorial verdict: Act now. VeloCloud Orchestrator SQLi Zero-Day CVE-2026-114625 — On-prem VeloCloud Orchestrator operators should upgrade today and fence off the web interface; this is the third exploited VCO zero-day since late July, and the lowest tenant role is enough to use it.

## What it is

VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) on-prem has a security issue where this issue may allow a remote attacker to access privileged internal functionality and impact the VCO host. Successful exploitation may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the orchestrator and data managed by the orchestrator. On an affected system, any authenticated user can gain operator privileges and masquerade as a local "superuser operator" user. This includes access to functionality that is intended for internal use only and which is not intended to be remotely accessible. Hosted, including Dedicated, versions of VCO were impacted and have already been patched.

## Affected products (CVE record)

- Arista Networks VeloCloud Orchestrator: 5.2.0 < 5.2.3.18, 6.1.0 < 6.1.3.10, 6.4.0 < 6.4.2.12

## Severity

- Arista CVSS 3.1: 9.9 `CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H`
- Arista CVSS 4.0: 9.4 `CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H`

## Exploitation

- CISA KEV: not listed (no confirmed in-the-wild exploitation known to CISA).
- CISA SSVC assessment: exploitation none , automatable no , technical impact total .
- FIRST EPSS (model of 2026-10-23): 0.56% probability of exploitation activity in the next 30 days; percentile 46.
