# CVE-2026-41264: Flowise: CSV Agent Prompt Injection Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

**Signal:** Critical and remotely reachable. No known exploitation yet, but it is network-reachable without credentials. (Computed from CISA KEV, EPSS and CVSS; not an editorial verdict.)

## Should you act?

- Not in CISA KEV , but CISA’s SSVC assessment records a public proof-of-concept, so attack code exists.
- EPSS 1.4% , percentile 73: FIRST’s model estimates a 1.4% chance of exploitation activity in the next 30 days, higher than 73% of all scored CVEs (moderate). EPSS is a probability, not a verdict.
- Remotely reachable with no login and no user interaction. If the vulnerable service is exposed to the internet, prioritize it.
- Only applies if your dependency tree includes flowise (npm) <= 3.0.13, fixed in 3.1.0 ; flowise-components (npm) <= 3.0.13, fixed in 3.1.0 . Check your lockfile, including transitive dependencies.

## What it is

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the specific flaw exists within the run method of the CSVAgents class. The issue results from the lack of proper sandboxing when evaluating an LLM generated python script. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the user running the server. Using prompt injection techniques, an unauthenticated attacker with the ability to send prompts to a chatflow using the CSV Agent node may convince an LLM to respond with a malicious python script that executes attacker controlled commands on the Flowise server. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

## Affected packages

- npm `flowise` <= 3.0.13 → fixed: 3.1.0
- npm `flowise-components` <= 3.0.13 → fixed: 3.1.0

## Affected products (CVE record)

- FlowiseAI Flowise: < 3.1.0

## Severity

- GitHub_M CVSS 4.0: 9.2 `CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N`
- GitHub CVSS 4.0: 9.2 `CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N`

## Exploitation

- CISA KEV: not listed (no confirmed in-the-wild exploitation known to CISA).
- CISA SSVC assessment: exploitation poc , automatable no , technical impact total .
- FIRST EPSS (model of 2026-10-21): 1.44% probability of exploitation activity in the next 30 days; percentile 73.
